Cow is a farm animal in Fields of Mistria. Cows are one of the two initially available animals to purchase in Hayden's Shop after building a barn on the player's farm.

Obtaining

In order to purchase a cow you must first build a barn. Barn blueprints can be purchased at the Carpenter's Shop. Once you have a barn with a free space, you can buy a calf from Hayden's shop for 2,000 Tesserae. Initially only 3 colors of cow are available. After five days your youngster will mature.

Care

Ranching is all about your relationship with your animals and their well-being. Improve it through daily feeding with Hay and petting.

Another way to improve your relationship is to call them outside on sunny days, however you should remember to call your animals inside at night. If they are left outside overnight they will be angry and not produce anything the next day.

Colors

Different colors of cow can be bred - see breeding guide for more information. Once you have bred a specific color once, you will then be able to purchase more cows of that color at Hayden's Shop. Your cows can also be sold at Hayden's Shop. Their sale price depends on friendship level with the cow, and its color rarity.
