March is a character in Fields of Mistria. He works in the Blacksmiths as the village’s blacksmith, having inherited the forge and his skills from a long family line of master craftspeople.

Personality[]
March initially comes off as cold and stubborn. Prone to jealousy and competitiveness, his personality is hard to get along with - it's mentioned that he doesn't have a lot of friends due to it. His room is adorned with many trophies of his accomplishments, showing how much pride he has in himself. The game describes him as "an award-winning blacksmith with a chip on his shoulder"[1] While he'll be curt with you at first, and is a bit vain and grumpy, his heart is not impenetrable [2].
Appearance[]
Pale with a lean but strong build. His hair is styled in a fashionable 90s-esque style. He comments at one point that Olric said his roots were showing and he would need a touch up, proving that the dark hair peeking out on the underside of his hair is actually his natural color. The rest of this hair is dyed a bright red, akin to his fiery personality. His eyes and brows are both dark and often he wears a scornful expression.
His clothing changes from season to season, but his blacksmith apron is a constant. (Excluding Beach Variant)
Story[]
March and Olric lost their parents pretty young, back when they were still new to town[3]. Their parents were last seen going on a sea voyage, but never made it back.

March lives with his brother, Olric, in separate rooms adjoining the blacksmith shop.

- It is also implied that the attention he received came from him winning first place in the blacksmithing trophy for 3 years running[4]
